the blank journal
get to know the author
As an 18 year old that has been through many hardships, including lack of confidence, self-love, and loss of friendships I decided I wanted to help others by providing a mental health focused journal for my Girl Scout Gold Award. In the journal I will share some of my personal experiences and how I overcame them as well as, focus on the topics of overall health, law of attraction and learning to set good intentions for your future. There will be new readings weekly about specific topics and questions to be answered. Stay connected by following the Journal updates on social media!

about
My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for teens and young adults to express their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I believe that journaling can be a powerful tool for self-discovery and growth. By writing down your experiences and reflecting on your life, you can learn to become the highest version of yourself and work on you, for you.
